4020 has a vastly superior dual speed PTO setup. With a 4010 you must NEVER let the 4 bolts get loose that bolt the stub PTO shaft to the main PTO shaft or you WILL be splitting the tractor to replace a $3.00 pin. This is a COMMON problem and probably the largest advantage to a 4020 over a 4010.
